We want everyone to have the best experience in our van whilst they enjoy their holiday. Is your van really, really cool?


Can we bring pets?

Unfortunately no pets are allowed in our holiday home.

Can we smoke/vape?

No this is strictly forbidden.

What time is check in/out?

Check in times are from 14.00 & check out 10.00 A.M

Is bed linen included?

Yes all beds are fully made up for guests upon arrival.

Additional pillows and blankets are also provided.

Are site/fun passes included in the price?

No – Site passes are purchased direct from the sales office on site. Pricing information can be found on our booking page.

What activities are available on site?

Full details of all activities available on site can be found in the holiday information pack in the van when you arrive.

Is there parking on site?

Yes – you will have 1 private parking space next to the van and there is additional parking directly opposite.

Is there disabled access?

At the moment there is no access for wheelchair users or disabled facilities in our van. We are working on this and are hoping in the very near future to be able to provide them.

Is there a 24 hour maintenance/security number?

Yes – all the necessary contact numbers will be provided in the holiday information pack available in the caravan upon arrival

Where do we collect our keys from?

We provide you with a code prior to your arrival. The code can be entered into a combination box attached to the van which will have your keys inside. Simply replace the keys into the box when checking out ready for the next guest.

Can we choose any dates?

Our booking calendar will indicate available dates and durations of stay, simply follow the booking instructions on the main page.

Can we make group bookings?

Unfortunately Haven will not allow same sex or group bookings on their sites.

When will our security bond be refunded?

We aim to refund the security bond within 5 days of your checkout date. Please see our terms and conditions for further information
